Biography
in year 2015. She has also worked in corporate for two years as HR executive and acquired skill in handling ESIC, recruitment process and orientation of on roll employees before joining academics. She did her MBA degree from IMS Roorkee, (Uttarakhand technical University) in major Human Resource and minor in Finance specialization. She holds BBA degree from SIMT, (Kumaun University) in specialization Human Resource Management and Finance. Her primary areas of research are Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development.
She has one international publication and also presented in one international conference on Processing and value addition.
Her teaching interest areas include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Economics and Communication for Management.
